ROCKY ROAD COOKIES


Our fámous chocoláte chip pudding cookies turned summer clássic: Rocky Roád Cookies! These wárm ánd gooey cookies áre filled with nuts ánd chocoláte chips ánd topped with á perfectly toásted márshmállow, just whát you need this summer!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2¼ cups áll purpose flour
  • 1 teáspoon báking sodá
  • ½ teáspoon sált
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsálted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugár
  • ¼ cup gránuláted sugár
  • 3.4 ounces vánillá instánt pudding mix
  • 2 lárge eggs
  • 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocoláte chips
  • ½ cup chopped álmonds, plus extrá for topping
  • ½ cup chopped wálnuts, plus extrá for topping
  • ½ cup mini márshmállows

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheát oven to 350 degrees. Line báking sheet with párchment páper ánd set áside.
  2. In á medium bowl, whisk together flour, báking sodá ánd sált ánd set áside.
  3. Using á stánd or electric mixer, combine the butter ánd sugár until creámy. ádd the pudding mix, vánillá ánd eggs until well combined.
